Return and Refund Policy for Flourish Guides

1. The Nature of Digital Products

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly via internet download, all sales are final. Once a PDF guide has been purchased, downloaded, or accessed, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned to inventory. We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions, format requirements, and preview images before completing your purchase.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

While we maintain a strict "no returns" policy on digital downloads, we want you to have an excellent experience. We will happily review refund or exchange requests on a case-by-case basis under the following limited conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same PDF guide twice in a single transaction, or within 48 hours of your original purchase, we will gladly issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.

  • Technical Corruption: If the file you download is corrupted, unreadable, or missing critical pages, and our support team is unable to resolve the technical issue or provide a working file within 3 business days, a full refund will be granted.

  • Mismatched File Descriptions: If the delivered digital product is fundamentally different from what was explicitly described on the product page (e.g., you purchased a budget tracker but received a fitness guide), you are eligible for an exchange or refund.

3. Circumstances Ineligible for Refunds

We cannot grant refunds or credit under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or deciding you no longer want or need the guide after downloading it.

  • Inability to open the file due to not having the correct software (all guides are provided in standard PDF format, viewable via any free PDF reader or web browser).

  • Dissatisfaction with the style, aesthetic, or depth of information, provided the product matches the description and previews shown at checkout.

4. Delivery Issues

Our digital delivery partner, Filemonk, fulfills orders instantly upon successful payment. You should receive an on-screen download link immediately, followed by an email confirmation.

If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes of purchasing, please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it is still missing, contact us at info@flourishguides.com with your order number, and we will manually verify your purchase and send your files right away.

5. Intellectual Property & Terms of Use

By purchasing a PDF guide from flourishguides.com, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license for personal or internal professional use only. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share these files with third parties. Unauthorized sharing or distribution will result in the immediate revocation of your access without a refund.
