Our digital products (PDF guides) are delivered electronically via our third-party delivery partner, Filemonk. Delivery occurs instantly upon completion of payment verification. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks via Shopify Payments.

Section 3 - Intellectual Property & Limited License

All digital products, PDF guides, checklists, templates, graphics, and text available on flourishguides.com are the sole intellectual property of Flourish Guides and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a product, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal or internal professional use.

  • What you CAN do: Print copies of the PDF guide for your own personal use, save the file to your personal devices, and use the frameworks contained within the document for your individual progress.

  • What you CANNOT do: You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sub-license, share the raw file link, post the document on public forums or shared drives, or alter the branding to sell the material as your own work.

Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our guides will result in the immediate revocation of your access license without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for copyright infringement.
